The front desk staff, especially Mr Faris, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay, from surprising a loved one with a special birthday arrangement to assisting with last-minute travel arrangements to Petra. The room was elegantly decorated, offering a comfortable retreat, while the plentiful breakfast showcased a variety of delicious options. The hotel's strategic location near commercial centers, shops, and restaurants, with easy access to the city center, makes it a top choice for travelers seeking convenience and luxury. The Retaj hotel truly epitomizes Middle Eastern hospitality at its finest, providing exceptional value for a remarkable experience.
